Ride Forever regional summer competition

Terms and conditions of the Ride Forever regional summer competition to win a $500 motorcycle gear voucher.

Terms and conditions

  1. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. To be eligible to enter this competition you must be a legal resident of New Zealand and hold a valid and current New Zealand motorcycle licence.
  3. The promoter of the competition is the Accident Compensation Corporation. Employees, and immediate family members of employees, of the Accident Compensation Corporation and Ride Forever training providers are ineligible to enter.
  4. To enter the competition you must book, quoting the code ‘SUMMER’, and complete a Ride Forever course between 24 December 2021 and 30 April 2022 with a Ride Forever training provider.
  5. One winner will be randomly drawn on 2 May 2022 from all entries received and verified by us and our Ride Forever training providers.
  6. The winner will receive a $500 motorcycle gear voucher for to use at a New Zealand based motorcycle retailer of their choice.
  7. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Accident Compensation Corporation reserves the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
  8. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. The prize cannot be re-sold on auction websites, classifieds or by other method of re-sale.
  9. The Accident Compensation Corporation assumes no responsibility for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition, or any error, omission, delay or alteration in relation to an entry.
  10. Neither the Accident Compensation Corporation nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
  11. The Accident Compensation Corporation collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Please refer to ACC’s New Zealand's Privacy Policy regarding the storage of personal information.
  12. By accepting the prize, the winner consents for the Accident Compensation Corporation to use their details and photographs for promotional and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
